Christian Vornehm, general counsel at Geberit Group, a manufacturer and supplier of sanitary parts and related products, leads a team that deal with a challenging environment in the construction industry. The legal team were involved in the integration of the acquired Sanitec business in 2015, making Geberit the European leader in its sector. As a result of the combination, the group grew by 6,200 employees, 18 production plants and 14 European brands with strong local anchorage. Geberit is now ideally positioned to create added value for its customers, providing innovative solutions in the sector. With the new dominant market position, the legal team will have different and diverse challenges to overcome to support Geberit’s operations.
