Thomas Schönholzer is a business-oriented, internationally experienced, hands-on and agile general counsel and secretary to the board, with wide and varied expertise across different TMT, industry and healthcare sectors. 

He is highly skilled in advising high profile boards, executives and business units of listed and non-listed companies with strong brands, on strategic and operational matters, including complex contractual arrangements; M&A, joint ventures and investments; financings and capital markets transactions; AI; ESG; IoT; litigation and proceedings; and corporate governance and organisation, among several others. 

Thomas’ strengths lie in leading and developing cross-functional and cultural teams; transformation initiatives and stakeholder interactions – including investors, authorities, governments, proxy advisors and rating agencies; crisis response and anticipation of key topics; problem solving; efficient handling of commercial matters; negotiations and delivery of practical results – also under time pressure.
