Sébastien has been executive vice president for legal affairs and general counsel since January 2022.
He was previously general counsel and secretary of the board of directors at Rexel. Prior to that Sébastien held senior positions in Airbus Defence, Space CIS and in Alcatel. During his career, he has been based in China, France, Indonesia, Singapore and the UK.
Sébastien is now based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is French and holds a double degree in French and German law from Université de Paris X, as well as a master’s (DESS) in International Business Law.
