The legal function at Schindler Holding supports one of the world’s leading providers of elevators, escalators and moving walkways. The board of directors of Schindler Holding appointed Petra Andrea Winkler as group general counsel with effect from April 2019. Since January 2012 she served the multinational company as the deputy general counsel corporate center and general counsel corporate law and transactions. Prior to this role she served as attorney-at-law at Bär & Karrer for six years between Zurich and London. She also had a six month spell as a foreign associate at Clifford Chance.
