For the last eight years Alfred Münch has served as general counsel for one of the world’s leading speciality chemical companies, Clariant International. He has been described by peers as ‘always professional, a fast learner and business fluent’ and over the years has developed a vast range of skills that make him a versatile and highly talented lawyer. These areas include restructuring, mergers, international business, securities regulation and litigation management to name a few. Prior to this role he was a partner at Treuco, a company that offers a comprehensive range of trust company services in the fields of legal and tax advice, management and fiduciary services and portfolio management, which enabled him to further develop his corporate legal financial knowledge.
