Anna Holm is the head of legal, leading a team of four members at Telia Finance. During the past two years, the highly praised legal team has been working actively to ensure closeness to the business by having a clear team structure and closely following the business’ way of working. The team also promotes its own initiatives on packaging products based on applicable regulations and provides trainings accordingly. Additionally the legal team manages to digitalise its working method while keeping good personal relations with key stakeholders at the same time. ‘We have been an important part of the company’s shift from a traditional financing company to a fast moving fintech player providing “as a service” solutions’, says Holm. ‘We are heavily involved in driving the organisation from viewing compliance as a burdensome necessity to an obvious way of driving a sustainable business’, she adds.
