As senior legal counsel within the SAS Group, Anna Almén provides legal advice and risk assessment, balancing commercial interests and potential legal risk. She has a large amount of experience within capital market matters, including share and bond related issues and subsequent stock exchange questions, including a knowledge of issues surrounding insider trading. She has considerable experience with larger secured financings, leasing, M&A and general commercial law including IT, purchasing, marketing, consumer and data protection. In particular she specialises in unsecured financings (liquidity and equity), company, stock exchange matters, coordinating and drafting of prospectuses, external advisors and issues with the board of directors. Almén has been with SAS since 2000, and prior to moving to the in-house legal sector had gained experience in private practice at Lindh Stabell Horten, as well as in the Ljungby District Court.
