Bio

I am a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising and leading legal operations in the real estate investment sector. Throughout my career, I have worked with major international players and managed legal and compliance functions in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. I also play a key role in corporate governance, serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors and in compliance, leading the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while aligning risk management practices with the strategic goals of the business.

I started my professional career at the international law firm DAC Beachcroft, where I specialized in property law and advised UK-based clients investing in the Spanish real estate market. I went on to lead legal teams in a Spanish property development company and later joined ING Real Estate Investment Management and CBRE Global Investors, where I served as General Counsel for Spain and Portugal. I also joined SAREB’s legal team shortly after its launch, contributing to the legal oversight of asset restructuring in one of the most significant initiatives of Spain’s financial sector recovery.

Since 2013, I have led the legal and compliance department at Gmp Property SOCIMI, a Spanish real estate investment company partially owned by the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC. I enjoy spending my free time with my family. I am passionate about cycling and basketball, and I regularly take the opportunity to explore the countryside or mountains to unwind and stay active.
