The legal team is responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing and assisting in negotiations for the company on a wide range of matters. These matters include corporate law, finance, gas and fuel purchases, electricity retail, land law, derivatives, regulatory compliance, data protection, employment law, corporate secretarial work and management of litigious matters.
