In I-Berhad, the legal department operates under the supervision of the corporate planning division. This organisational arrangement is a deliberate choice, reflecting the inherent synergy between legal functions and corporate planning within our dynamic corporate landscape. In keeping with our commitment to fostering an environment of open dialogue, ideation, and growth, our company embraces a streamlined organisational structure, especially for the legal department. This lean structure not only promotes efficiency but also empowers our team members to speak their minds effectively and ensures that our decisions are always merit-driven to achieve the best possible results. 

The strategy governing the activities of the legal department at I-Berhad is encapsulated in a dual mandate, which serves as the ethos of our principles and practices.
