Can you give us a bit of background on you and your team’s work? 

Our legal team supports the work of ExxonMobil Affiliates in Thailand, consisting of downstream business, upstream business and the Global Business Center which provides supporting services to Exxon Mobil Corporation and its affiliates worldwide.

How do you prepare for the unforeseen?

We prepare for unforeseen events by having business continuity plans and action plans which address various scenarios that may happen, including R&R if the unforeseen event occurs in reality. Beside these well-structure plans, I also focus on promoting resilience behaviour among the team. As a support function, we will have to adapt, adjust and be flexible to support the business during difficult times.
