Han Le is the Legal Director of Pfizer Vietnam and also in charge of Indochina markets.  Before joining Pfizer, Han worked at two reputable international law firms Hogan Lovells (then Lovells) and Rouse.

Working for one of the world’s premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, Han has been focusing on legal and risk management to help protect Pfizer’s assets and reputation as well as demonstrate Pfizer’s values as Equity, Excellence and Courage.

Han places high value on integrity, commitment, and agile mindset. With decade of in-house legal career, Han has significant experience in a board range of Pfizer’s growing initiatives and innovations as well as its daily business operation. Instead of providing theoretical legal responses to queries, she makes efforts to engage with clients to understand their insights and then, focuses on creating positive, practical, and innovative solutions.  She has always been willing to go the extra mile to contribute to Pfizer’s mission – Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
