He spent the last eight years leading legal services for Remgro, a major listed investment firm in South Africa. In 2014, Luche qualified as a civil and commercial mediator in South Africa and in 2023, as a civil and commercial mediator in the UK.

He has a wealth of experience in managing legal teams across various jurisdictions in the corporate environment.
