After more than 25 years of experience in the law field, Roxana Vasiliu joined in October 2016 McDonald’s team in Romania as Legal director. She started her career as a lawyer member of the Bucharest Bar Association, acting mainly in the litigation area, and later, focusing on providing legal support for business areas like IT and electronics (Xerox Romania), pharmaceuticals and healthcare (Sensiblu –legal director).   

In 2008, Roxana joined Metro Group, coordinating the Legal Department of Real,- Romania,  the retail division of Metro Group. Starting in 2013, she became the legal director of Auchan Romania, assisting the retail business until she joined the McDonald’s team.
