Monica Mihaila has been coordinating the legal activities of all CEZ Group companies in Romania as the manager of the legal department since 2017. Monica has 18 years of experience in the energy sector, in both the public and private sectors.

Monica has been a member of negotiation committees and strategic and operational project teams within the organisations she has worked for. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in litigation management and representation in court. Monica’s ongoing commitment revolves around building a legal team capable of dealing with any challenges and changes that may arise in both the legal and energy environments.
