Alexandra Pintilie is manager – legal and compliance at Booking Holdings Romania and she has joined the team in October, 2022, managing the legal and compliance activity. Her role focuses on local activities and it also implies alignment with the Booking Holdings group and delivery of legal services in line with the international standards in the field.

Prior to her current role, Alexandra has been working as a compliance legal counsel for 4 years, with focus on ethics and privacy programs. Having the opportunity to implement transversal projects and regulatory changes in all company structures, created the proper context for developing her skills on managing the interaction with various stakeholders from different backgrounds.
