Presiding over Norton Rose Fulbright’s real estate and infrastructure practice in the Middle East and North Africa region, Mathieu Dahan has been with the firm since 2006 and has developed a great expertise in matters within the real estate field – spanning acquisitions, real estate finance and real estate and infrastructure developments as well as a number of high-profile hospitality ventures. Particularly experienced in Morocco, deals in the country Dahan has worked on includes advising Delta International Property Fund on the €45m refinancing of the AnfaPlace Commercial Center in Casablanca and Peugeot Citroën on the development of its plants in Kenitra. He also advised Abengoa Waters on the development of a €400m plant for water supply in Chtouka.
