Over recent years the Nestlé Perú legal team has assisted in various business schemes to expand in the country, most recently helping it invest in new factories and job creation schemes in the four countries that compose the Pacific Alliance trade group – Chile, Mexico, Peru and Colombia.

The legal team has also been behind facilitating pivotal environmental initiatives: In January 2019, Nestlé Perú announced global measures to fight against plastic waste that affects the environment. In light of these efforts, the legal team has supported the roll out of the creation of the Institute of Packaging Sciences to qualify and develop materials for sustainable packaging.
