Involved in a number of impressive transactions, ICBC Peru Bank’s legal team has been involved in the largest financing in the history of Peru. It assisted on the US$7bn financing, granted from a syndicate of Chinese banks to MMG for the buying and financing of a mining project in 2014.
In 2017, the ICBC Peru Bank legal team worked on the financing from ICBC Group to Shougan Hierro Peru, worth US$500m.
