The Banco de Crédito del Perú legal team contains a vast amount of financial legal experience in order to support the largest bank in Peru, as well as supporting its holding company Credicorp.
In 2016, the legal department assisted in Banco de Crédito del Perú issuing between S/100m and S/200m worth of three-year bonds.
In 2010 the legal team worked on acquiring Edyficar, a Peruvian microfinance company, and in 2014 Edyficar merged with microfinance giant Mibanco, reinforcing its commitment to and making it a leader in Peruvian microfinance.
