The function is led by general counsel Marwan
El-Khouly, who has been with
the company since early 2014
and is regarded as a commercial and financial specialist in addition to his telecoms expertise. Alongside him, legal director Steve Rich heads up the functions contracts department and plays a major role in advising internal business units on compliance, while legal director Mohamed Elgzoli takes on regulatory responsibilities for the company.
