A qualified advocate of the High Court of India and admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Sai Dandekar has approximately 12 years of experience in dealing with complex legal, construction and engineering matters within the construction and infrastructure sector. She joined Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast in August 2017 after originally moving to Dubai in January 2014 with Kennedys Dubai. ‘My workload at Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast involves offering recommendations to the International Project Divisions based in the Middle East, South America, Europe, Asia on construction and engineering project risks and legal issues, contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering disputes’, she explains.
