A qualified barrister, Oliver C. Hallsworth made the move to investment banking relatively early within his career, moving through Citibank, Lehman Brothers and UBS before reaching the Middle East in 2012. Here, he enjoyed an extremely successful period with Al Khalij Commercial Bank as senior and then general legal counsel before joining ADS Securities in August 2016. Here, he has been responsible for the implementation of GDPR, MiFID II, MAR, SMCR, GCC VAT initiatives, and has prized technological solutions to in-house challenges.
