General counsel Mohanned Nabulsi has drawn high praise for his support of the ground-breaking public-private partnership; the latest of an emerging trend in the region. Heading all legal and compliance support across Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine, he is particularly known for his contribution to building a respected corporate governance framework. Nabulsi has a long history in Jordan’s telecommunications, as wi-tribe Jordan’s former general counsel and corporate affairs director. Prior to this, he spent seven years managing legal affairs at Orange’s Jordan subsidiary, Jordan Telecom Group.
