Heading technologies provider ABB Industries’ legal function, she plays an integral role in board-level decision-making, and is praised for her considerable contribution to its compliance framework. Dastur’s previous roles include GE’s Indian general counsel, and head of legal, operating risk, compliance and treasury support for Grindlays Bank’s India Region. A UK and Indian-qualified solicitor, she practised in Mumbai for several years, specialising in MandA and financial services.
