Fluent in English and Arabic, Ahmed Hamidou is a highly experienced telecommunications lawyer. As the third industry competitor to enter a former duopoly in 2010, VIVA has faced a myriad of complex regulatory and business issues. Valued for his proactive and ‘forward-thinking’ approach, Hamidou has liaised directly with the Telecom Regulations Authority (TRA), and drawn particular notice for his ground-breaking contribution to contract drafting and precedents.
