During the past year, what are your teams’ proudest accomplishments?  
 
I am particularly proud of my team. We successfully navigated crisis as a high-performance team, guiding the company through a challenging restructuring process and sale transaction.  
 
What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  
In 2024, we look forward to starting over, emerging from the crisis, and pushing further growth by rebranding the business and recalibrating processes and practices to align with our newly private company status.  
 
Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?
I am highly involved in several causes dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with autism. I am also deeply passionate about disability advocacy and inclusion.
