The highly skilled in-house team at Peñoles gave legal advice to the company on its Minera Capela lead, zinc and copper concentrates mining project in Guerrero due to be completed in 2019 with a US$303m investment.
The team also consulted on Peñoles’ exploration activities, monitoring environmental regulation compliance procedures and systems facilitating 30 thousand metres of drilling across 24 prospects in Mexico, Chile and Peru.
The team also consults on the ongoing expansion project at the company’s Torreón facility, worth a total investment of US$327m designed to increase production of zinc by 120,000 tons.
