First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently? 

Recently, our team has been involved in multiple projects, including M&A (branch opening in EU country), cross border mergers, a funds’ merger, a fund launch, and real estate transactions in Luxembourg and in EU countries. 

What particular industry trends are you seeing in the legal sector in Luxembourg? 

The industry trend that I am seeing in the legal sector in Luxembourg, in particular, is the gradual reduction of company secretarial tasks from in-house scope of activities, as this is being replaced by IT improvement and artificial intelligence. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why? 

 Two things that I care about include ESG, and the social impact of the fund industry.
