Effectively insourcing necessary expertise, we have saved more than $14m of spending while recovering and protecting business worth over $120m.

There have been many occasions where the US team sees the picture from US perspective only. It is key to ensure effective communication to put all the stakeholders on the same page, leveraging experience in US law/culture to explain Japanese law/culture. Demonstrating an understanding of US law/culture is crucial.
