Fumika Ito serves as senior legal counsel for the Asia-Pacific Japan region at Broadcom, advising on legal strategies for the company’s infrastructure software business lines, with extensive legal stewardship within the global enterprise technology sector.

Prior to her current role at Broadcom, Ms. Ito spent over seven years as general counsel for SAP Japan, building and leading top-tier legal infrastructure to support major enterprise cloud transformations. Her technology sector experience also includes key corporate senior legal counsel positions at Oracle Corporation Japan and Tokyo-headquartered Japanese Company. Ms. Ito began her career in public policy, serving as a legal advisor for senators within the Japanese Parliament (House of Councillors).
