The leading Italian banking and financial services company, UniCredit, is one Europe’s biggest financial institutions. From its headquarters in Milan, the dynamic legal team works diligently to support the bank’s business segments. Since 2016 the legal function has been spearheaded by Gianpaolo Alessandro, senior executive vice president and general counsel, a distinguished and talented individual with 20 years of legal experience under his belt.
