As vice president and general counsel of the Azrieli Group, Nirit is engaged in all aspects of the group’s operations. She provides legal guidance on transactions in multiple business sectors, securities law compliance, and the ongoing operations of one of Israel’s largest public companies.

Nirit joined Azrieli Group in 2014. Prior to joining Azrieli, Nirit was an attorney at Yigal Arnon & Co. specialising in capital markets and securities.

Nirit holds an LL.B (cum laude) and a BA in Business Administration (cum laude) with a major in Information Technology from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (now Reichman University).
