Handling a dizzying array of legal requirements in an extremely heavily regulated and fast-moving industry, all whilst maintaining the tricky balancing act of operating as a low-cost carrier, it is adept in a number of areas and extremely efficient. Ludovic Moroz has taken on a new role as head of legal for the team, while Matthew Krasa continues to provide excellent support to the business via his specialist EU and competition law knowledge; the team thus features a mixture of established skills and new talent to safeguard its fortunes in a highly mutable industry.
