The Irish legal team is led by the experienced Patrick Wilkinson, who has led the Irish legal department of the company since 2004 and is currently in the role of regional assistant general counsel. Spanning Northern Trust’s entire EMEA operation, the Dublin-based legal function support NT’s Global Fund Services division, providing asset servicing solutions to asset manager clients. The team is composed of four lawyers and two support staff working across a range of different areas managing legal and regulatory risk, including contract reviews and ensuring the business is compliant within a market filled with highly stringent financial legislation.
