How has the increasing consciousness of climate change and sustainability affected your company and the team’s priorities?

Our firm is a technology focused fund, and it invests in areas and sectors that help in the new digital economy. Some of the key portfolio companies like Paytm (digital financial products) and Haber Water (clean tech) focus on reducing the carbon footprint. We do not invest in polluting industries like coal, oil, and gas. In our office we follow a no plastic and sustainable policy and the team members of our fund individually support green causes.

Yes, we work with external lawyers who align with our values and choose external advisors who match our philosophy.

What is a cause, business or otherwise, you are passionate about and why?

I am passionate about equality. We live in a country with a lot of diversity, and I support inclusiveness and equal opportunities such as for gender, disadvantaged persons, persons identifying as LGBTQIA+, and so on.
