Can you tell us a little about your significant accomplishments over the last few years, as a team or by yourself?

We have been involved in several significant transactions. One of the most important led to the Foxconn and Vedanta joint venture. The Finnfund investment in Fortum Charge and Drive is worth mentioning, as the sale of Fortum, India’s solar assets to Actis. We have also been involved in two project financing transactions of over INR1000 each from SBI bank.

Have any recent political, economic or regulatory changes impacted your work? How are you dealing with this?

The government’s industry-friendly policies have enabled my current organisation’s foray into semiconductor and tech manufacturing.

How has the increasing consciousness of climate change and sustainability affected your company and the team’s priorities?

The company has sought to rely more on green energy and become a net carbon-zero organisation by 2025. To this end, it has signed various power delivery agreements with renewable energy companies.
