Urbaser started its activities in 1990 with the creation of Técnicas Medioambientales Tecmed, a company created to provide added value services to town councils and local corporations in the field of waste and the environment. Today, Grupo Urbaser’s legal team in Spain is made up of eight lawyers and one paralegal led by general counsel and board of directors Eduardo Dominguez-Adame Bozzano. In the last few years, the team have executed over 40 M&A transactions, originated by the company’s growth plan, including a syndicated loan of €650m. Their central team culture is: ‘advice, compliance, legal protection and efficiency’.
