Fiona is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer and has been in leadership roles for over 17 years across legal, governance and compliance fields in Hong Kong.

Fiona joined First Pacific as General Counsel and Company Secretary in May 2022 from Goldman Sachs, where she was an Executive Director in the Compliance Department overseeing their Investment Banking Division’s mergers and acquisitions and equity/debt capital markets businesses in Asia Ex-Japan. Prior to that, Fiona also held senior leadership roles in investment banking and corporate banking compliance at both JP Morgan and HSBC. In particular, Fiona built the compliance programme for JP Morgan’s Asia Pacific Global Corporate Banking business from the ground up; she also pioneered a number of compliance initiatives amongst peer financial institutions.

Fiona has sat on the board of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel since 2023. She also co-chairs the membership engagement committee and sits on the sponsorship committee of the same organisation. Fiona volunteers as a mentor in The Women’s Foundation Mentoring Programme in Hong Kong. Fiona was listed on the GC Powerlist in 2025.
