Brandon is the Head of Legal and Compliance (General Counsel) of Bouygues Construction in Asia, which is a regional role within a global conglomerate.
He leads a team that supports the Legal, Corporate, Company Secretarial and Ethics & Compliance aspects of Bouygues Construction Asia’s circa 50+ entities, within five major business lines, across over 11 jurisdictions, including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Primarily based in Hong Kong and sitting with Dragages Hong Kong Limited, the team is committed to being a strategic business partner, protecting the collective interests of the Group, maintaining quality of service, and supporting each team member’s long-term skills and career development.
Brandon has experience in leading the strategic structuring, negotiation, implementation and documentation of contracts and projects in construction, including infrastructure, major projects, buildings, mining, oil and gas, power and energy, mechanical and electrical, and rail projects, as well as managing dispute resolution and regulatory and prosecutorial defence.
Before joining Bouygues Construction, Brandon was a practising architect in Australia and had international experience in private practice at a number of top-tier law firms and other listed major Hong Kong contractors. Brandon is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (2008), the High Court of Australia (2008) and the High Court of Hong Kong (2012).
