Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?   

In my almost 19 years of practice, I could refer to a number of initiatives, including restructuring, reorganisation and the introduction of annual KPI’s. The most important aspect has been to always adapt to the changes of the corporation’s direction and objectives 

What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?  

Overall, the transformation of PPC from a vertically integrated company to a multinational group of almost 65 companies. 

How important is choosing to work with external lawyers who align with your company’s values? Are you likely to reconsider what firms you work with based on this?    

Very much and yes and no. It always depends on a number of factors.
