What are the key projects that you have been involved in over the past twelve months?

I negotiated a complex commercial agreement with a new customer. The customer was keen to negotiate favourable terms for itself and so pushed back against everything including standard boilerplate provisions. This resulted in protracted negotiations and innovative solutions had to be adopted in order to get the agreement in a state that both parties were comfortable to proceed.
