How do you feel the pandemic has changed the world of work for in-house counsel and the function of the general counsel?

Working remotely makes it more important to be a good networker, as colleagues do not accidentally meet you in the hallway and then remember that there is a topic that might be relevant to the legal team.

How much influence do you, as a general counsel, have on the diversity and inclusion policies of your organisation?

I was among our Diversity Community of Practice founders six years ago. Especially gender equality and, therefore, promoting and encouraging women is a matter of heart to me. In general, this topic is of relevance for every person in a company and should not be solved by policies but by creating awareness and understanding.
