Jan Liersche began his tenure with the company in May 2016, prior to which he had a notable private practice career with Hengeler Mueller’s Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and London offices, following which he moved into in-house legal work with metal distributor Klöckner & Co. Here, he progressed to the position of head of HR, legal and compliance, general counsel and chief compliance officer by early 2015, evidence of the success he had with the company during his time there between 2007 and 2016.
