Manfred Döss is widely regarded as ‘extremely experienced and determined’, maybe not surprising given his in-house career. Before joining Porsche, Döss gained extensive experience in his role as general counsel to energy provider RWE where he dealt with ‘a wide range of complex issues’ such as ‘all aspects of corporate law, compliance, regulatory issues, nuclear energy exit strategies as well as international litigation’, summarise peers, full of praise.
