US-based QuintilesIMS was formed in 2016 following the merger of Quintiles, the world’s largest pharmaceutical services company, and IMS Health Holdings, a global healthcare information and technology services provider. As a result of this integration, the legal team of IMS Health in France has had to deal with a significantly increased workload to cope with the expansion of the company’s activities. Sandrine Rambaud, formerly legal director of IMS in France and now head of the legal function for QuintilesIMS in France, has led the team helping to oversee this transformation.
