Béranger Pène is General Counsel & Head of Compliance at Nestlé France and is member of its executive committee. Over the past three years, he has focused on transforming the Legal & Compliance function to combine legal excellence and strong compliance standards with business impact, innovation and a pragmatic approach to increasingly complex regulatory and societal challenges.

A New York-qualified lawyer, he has built an international career across Europe, the Middle East and global roles. Before taking up his current position, he served as General Counsel of Nestrade, Nestlé’s global procurement organisation, advising on global supply chains, major transformation projects and ESG matters.
