Nicolas Guerin is an exceptional France-based in-house counsel with formidable expertise in managing legal processes for one of the country’s leading telecommunication businesses. He has been executive vice president of legal affairs for Orange Group since 2009, taking charge of a team of over 700 lawyers located in 39 countries.

In addition to this position, Guerin also serves as a president of the French association of legal directors Cercle Montesquieu, where he advocates for greater recognition of the legal profession in the country. Very recently Guerin was promoted to the position of secretary general of the group, in which he has the opportunity to provide advice on a broader set of strategic issues, while simultaneously implementing the Group’s legal policy.

Prior to joining Orange, Guerin worked at France Télécom between 1998 and 2009, before which he worked at SFR Group. Guerin is a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University and holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and accounting law.
