The provision of legal advice to historic multinational Saint-Gobain is provided by a number of different in-house lawyers with a range of specialties. Among them is secretary general Antoine Vignial, a qualified lawyer, who provides not only in-house legal support to the company’s high value and far-reaching operations but adds a corporate social responsibility dimension to his work also. He has been in charge of the corporate social responsibility efforts of the company since 2013, also sitting on the executive committee of Saint-Gobain owing to his outstanding efforts.

The skills he has attained in his past career roles have equipped him with the capability needed to offer this multi-faceted support. Vignial began his career at law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel where he worked in M&A, real estate law, litigation and funding, going on to become a partner in and then subsequently practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, as head of the mining real estate group in 1999.
