To match this level of bespoke work, the legal team supporting the business has to be equally expert. Ingrid Pahl leads the small Itaú BBA legal team as vice president and general secretary. Under her supervision, the team covers everything from asset management, share offerings, M&A, derivatives, securitisation, financing, guarantees and many other solutions.
